Patriot's BBQ does not express or imply any warranties. We will always strive to resolve any issue's found with our smokers, but there will be no returns once the consumer has accepted the delivery of the product ordered. Acceptance is defined by the delivery agent leaving the premises. Please be sure to inspect your product while in the presence of the delivery agent. We cannot and will not assume responsibility for damage that occurrs during shipment.

General Policies
Paint
Patriot's BBQ uses a 1200° rust preventative paint that is highly durable and easily touched up by the consumer. Due to the nature of paint and outdoor products such as smokers built of steel, we cannot warranty paint past the point of acceptance by the consumer.

Payment
Deposits of 50% of the build price are required before build dates will be established. We attempt to adhere to the dates as best as possible, but cannot always account for material availability, climate conditions, or un-forseen circumstances.
Final payment is due before shipment of the product. Shipping is always the responsibility of the consumer.
Late payments past 90 days will begine to accrue late fee's and fines, up to and including all litigation fee's if collection proceedings are necessary.
