The Patriot's BBQ team has been participating in KCBS and
RMBBQA sanctioned barbecue competitions in Colorado . As a
team, we practice regularly to tweak our recipes and methods
to be the best that BBQ has to offer. We cook with our reverse
flow smokers, and our own signature sauces and rubs. Our
rookie year in 2011 was incredible! We placed in the top 14% in
the country and had placements in the top ten in three out of
four catagories for the state in our division.
